Background:Born in Bristol Uk and is still residing there now. Darrell 1st got into dance music back a long time ago when he was buying Helter Skelter and Dreamscape tape packs. After developing a love for Drum and Bass and Hardcore he decided one day to go to the opening party of Slinky in Bristol and he was hooked on hard house and trance ever since! He bought his 1st set of decks when he was 18 and by the age of 20 he was playing at some of the bigger underground nights in Bristol peddling the harder end of the music spectrum. After gaining a reputation for himself he had managed to secure gigs across the country in places like London, Nottingham, Birmingham, leeds and many more. He was also the head man of Bristols favourite Sunday session Kinetic which had 3 years of many great parties where he played alongside the likes of Ben Stevens, Andy Whitby, MDA & Spherical, Greg Brookman and many more. He now still has a secure residency at Major night Nyce 1 in Bristol where he has played alongside many greats such as BK, Anne Savage, Rob Tissera to name a few. 3 years ago Darrell decided to take a step back from dj’ing and concentrate on producing his own sound and to a great success this has been to date! With over 40 releases since janurary 2007 he has sky rocketed to a respectable position within the scene, writing original tracks and remixing for labels such as; Breed, Staar, Genuine Error, The Beat ranch, Oktane Records, Hazardous Records, Boshed, Kinetic Digital, SpinHard, Hard Up Digital, Igloo Wax, Nuwave and many more!! He has also had chart topping hits like; Come And Get It, Fine day, Pump Da Bass and Take you Higher which has earned a place at the number 1 spot on Tidy.com for many weeks! Darrell has also collaborated with recognised producers such as Frank Farrell and Alex Calver where he gets to add a different edge to his sound.
